Application Information

Uplift supports women and children, with special attention to those in crisis by providing direct financial assistance. If you are applying for support, or applying for another woman in crisis, you will need to have a safe phone number and/or email as well as a picture ID for the applicant to complete the application. All information submitted is kept confidential.

Please note that Uplift Foundation, Inc. provides grants of funds only. We are unable to provide advice, goods, provide connections with service providers or promote fundraisers, or products.
